All registration and enrollment must be carried out through our website’s enrollment procedure. You are considered registered and/or enrolled only upon receipt of a confirmation email and invoice from Beyond Alphabets. The classes offered at Beyond Alphabets encompass academic, enrichment, and supplemental content and do not comprise a comprehensive academic curriculum. You acknowledge your responsibility to ensure your child fulfills coursework requirements and meets state standards. It is your duty to gather and furnish samples for your charter school teacher.
Your student is expected to conduct themselves with integrity while participating in Beyond Alphabets activities. You commit to discussing with your child the importance of showing respect towards themselves, others, mentors, and the Beyond Alphabets center, ensuring they refrain from engaging in behaviors that may harm, discriminate against, harass, or disrupt another individual’s learning experience. In the event of classroom behavior issues, you agree to collaborate on solutions for the first occurrence, arrange for the student’s pickup on the second instance, and acknowledge that ongoing behavioral concerns may lead to the student’s dismissal from the program without refund of tuition fees for the semester. Beyond Alphabets Inc. bears no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Tuition and registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. These fees are payable once per academic year for each student enrolled in one or more of our classes. Enrollment fees for each semester must be settled at the time of the first class for that semester, unless charter school funds are utilized. In such cases, certificates, vouchers, and purchase orders must be received prior to the first class of the semester. The parent/guardian holds financial responsibility for all classes in which a student is enrolled at Beyond Alphabets. All tuition MUSTbe paid before the first day of class. There are no EXCEPTIONS and the center will not be responsible for providing the class for your child if payment is not made. It is their obligation to ensure Beyond Alphabets possesses the necessary documentation to invoice the charter school. A late pick-up fee is imposed if a student is more than 5 minutes late from the end time of their class. A fee of $2 per minute per student will be charged until the student is picked up. Refunds or make-up sessions for absences or school closures due to holidays are not available for any monthly classes. However, make-up sessions are provided only for one-on-one classes. The center reserves the right to decline attendance if payment is not received by the due date. For our pottery and fine art classes, parents should be aware that some clay pieces may break even after firing. Each child needs to understand that all materials they use at Beyond Alphabets belong to the center and cannot be taken home unless they are their own artwork. Children may get dirty during art classes, and the center is not responsible for any damaged clothing.
The school will be closed these days.
